Zigmi gets to know you from your profile, answers, and conversations, and draws conclusions about your personality, your preferences, and what matters to you in a relationship, including things you did not say explicitly. That is the core of the Service. Some of this information is sensitive, and the conclusions are generated automatically and may be wrong or biased. This processing is essential to the Service and requires your consent.

Depending on the purpose and need, we may send AI providers information in the following categories:
Information may come from you, profiles relevant to matching, or earlier processing within the Service. We limit the information sent according to the processing purpose. We do not send providers your external sign-in account password. Profile photos are stored and displayed in the Service but are not routinely sent for AI analysis; adding such analysis will involve an update and consent as required.
Conversations with Zigmi and other information described above may be processed to provide responses, build and update your matching profile, and understand your preferences, generate personal insights, assess and explain matches, and summarize, translate, and draft text. This processing may create and store conclusions about personality, relationship patterns, needs, and communication style, including sensitive information you did not explicitly provide. Users may use Zigmi's help to write messages to other users; such a message is sent in their name and under their responsibility.
The resulting profile and insights may be used to evaluate potential real introductions between members of the Zigmi community. We also keep and review records of AI activity to operate the Service, improve quality and reliability, resolve problems, and prevent abuse.
AI responses and conclusions are not verified facts. They may be wrong, incomplete, biased, offensive, or outdated. They are not a diagnosis, a professional assessment of your personality, or professional advice.
We do not use these conclusions to make legal, employment, credit, medical, or governmental decisions about you. A match suggestion is not an endorsement of the other person's trustworthiness or a background check. Use your own judgment.
Information is sent only to the following providers, for the processing described in this document:
Each request normally goes to the provider assigned to the task; if that provider is unavailable, it may be sent to the other one. So information in any of the categories above may reach either provider. The providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Transfers are subject to the safeguards and international-transfer provisions in the Privacy Policy. Before adding or replacing a provider, we will update this document and ask for your consent again.
We use the providers' paid business API services. Under the terms of these services, the providers do not use the content we send them, or the responses they return, to train or improve their models, and we do not opt in to any data-sharing program that would allow it.
The providers keep information only for a limited period, to detect and prevent abuse, keep their services secure, and meet legal requirements. These periods are set by the providers' terms and are separate from Zigmi's retention periods, described in Section 6.
Anything written in a conversation with Zigmi may be sent to the providers for processing. Avoid sharing information you do not want processed this way, or information about others without permission.
Some outputs are shown to you as part of the Service. Authorized staff may access information and outputs when needed for operation, support, safety, security, quality review, or legal handling.
An insight or match explanation may be shared with the other party to a suggested match only under the relevant permissions and settings. Other users do not receive unrestricted access to your complete personal analysis.
Not every conversation is read by a person, and not every response or conclusion is checked in advance. Authorized staff may review samples or events for the purposes described above.
Zigmi is not an emergency, crisis-support, or treatment service. In an emergency, call the Israel Police (100) or Magen David Adom (101). For emotional support, contact ERAN at 1201. You can also use the Service's blocking and reporting tools.
You have no legal obligation to provide information or consent to this processing. However, without consent to essential AI processing, you cannot complete registration or continue using the Service.
After registration, you may request access, correction, or deletion of information and conclusions about you under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Contact us at [email protected]. Withdrawing consent to essential processing will stop future processing based on that consent and lead to account closure and deletion, subject to information we are permitted or required to retain. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already performed.
This consent is not blanket permission for every future AI use. A new use not reasonably compatible with the purposes described here, or optional processing, will require an update and a separate choice or consent where applicable law requires it.
We will update this document, its version, and its effective date when active providers, categories of information or conclusions, or processing purposes change. For a material change, we will give notice and seek renewed consent before further processing where required by law.
