הרישיון פוקע עם מחיקת התוכן או החשבון, בכפוף לעותקים שכבר נמסרו למשתמשים אחרים, לראיות בטיחות, לחובות משפטיות, לרשומות הוכחה מצומצמות ולגיבויים הנמחקים במחזור הרגיל. העלאת תוכן מהווה הצהרה מצדך כי בידיך הזכות למסור את התוכן וכי אין בו הפרה של דין או של זכויות צד שלישי. אין להעלות תמונה של אדם אחר ללא הסכמת המצולמים בה, ואין להעלות תמונות שבהן מופיעים קטינים.
אנו רשאים להשתמש ללא תמורה במשוב, בהצעות וברעיונות שיימסרו לנו ממך, לשם הערכת השירות ושיפורו; אין בכך כדי להקנות לנו בעלות במידע האישי שלך או בתוכן הפרופיל שלך.
אין להשתמש בשירות כדי:
אין באיסורים אלה כדי למנוע שמירת ראיות ומסירת מידע במידה הנחוצה והחוקית לדיווח על פגיעה, לקבלת ייעוץ משפטי, לפנייה לרשות מוסמכת או להגנה על בטיחותם של אנשים. חריג זה אינו מתיר פרסום פומבי שאינו נחוץ למטרה או שימוש במידע להטרדה.
ההחלטה עם מי לתקשר ואם להיפגש היא שלך. Zigmi עשוי להציע מהדורות נפרדות של השירות לקהילות שונות. פרופיל במהדורה אחת אינו גלוי למשתמשי מהדורה אחרת ואינו נכלל בהתאמות שם.

מדיניות הפרטיות וגילוי ה-AI מסבירים איזה מידע מעובד, מה נוצר ממנו, אילו גורמים יכולים לראותו וכיצד ניתן לממש זכויות. עיבוד ה-AI לצורך שיחה והתאמה הוא חלק חיוני מהשירות ומחייב את הסכמתך הנפרדת. גם אימות החשבון, אבטחה, מניעת שימוש לרעה ושמירת רשומות שנדרשות לפי דין נחוצים להפעלתו.
ניתן לחזור מהסכמה לעיבוד החיוני. במקרה כזה נפסיק עיבוד עתידי המבוסס עליה ונסגור ונמחק את החשבון בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות, בכפוף לתקופות השמירה ולחריגים שבה. סירוב לעיבוד אופציונלי לא ימנע את ליבת השירות; עיבוד כזה יוצג בנפרד ויהיה כפוף לבחירה או להסכמה כנדרש לפי דין.
הבטא הציבורית ניתנת ללא תשלום. אם נוסיף מוצר בתשלום, נציג לפני הרכישה את המחיר, התקופה, תנאי החידוש והביטול ותנאים רלוונטיים נוספים, ונבקש הסכמה נפרדת. תנאים אלה כשלעצמם אינם מתירים חיוב.
התוכנה, העיצוב, סימני המסחר, הטקסטים, הגרפיקה והמערכות של השירות שייכים למפעיל או למעניקי הרישיון שלו. בכפוף לתנאים אלה, ניתן לך רישיון אישי, מוגבל, ניתן לביטול, לא בלעדי ולא ניתן להעברה, להשתמש בשירות למטרה פרטית ולא מסחרית. אין בכך משום רישיון לקוד המקור, למודלים, למאגרי הנתונים או לסימני המסחר.

אנו רשאים להסיר תוכן, להגביל חשבון, להשעותו או לסגור אותו אם קיים יסוד סביר להניח שמתקיימת הפרה, סכנה, מרמה או שימוש לרעה, או שקיים צורך אבטחתי או חובה משפטית. כאשר הדבר סביר ומותר, נמסור על כך הודעה.
איומים, הטרדה או אלימות כלפי אדם שהכרת באמצעות Zigmi עשויים להצדיק הגבלה או סגירה של החשבון גם כאשר התרחשו מחוץ לשירות, לרבות בערוץ תקשורת חיצוני או במפגש. גם במקרים אלה נדרש יסוד סביר להחלטה, וניתן לבקש את בדיקתה כמפורט להלן. אין בכך הבטחה לניטור התנהגות מחוץ לשירות.
אם לדעתך נפלה טעות בהגבלת חשבון או בהסרת תוכן, ניתן לבקש בדיקה נוספת בכתובת [email protected] ולצרף פרטים רלוונטיים. בקשה זו אינה מבטיחה את ביטול ההחלטה. ייתכן שלא נוכל לחשוף מידע שיפגע בפרטיות אחרים, בבטיחות או בחקירה.
אנו רשאים להפסיק את הבטא הציבורית או את השירות. ככל שהדבר אפשרי וסביר, ננסה להודיע מראש; ואולם תקלה, סיכון אבטחה או חובה משפטית עשויים לחייב פעולה מיידית. הוראות שמטבען נועדו לעמוד בתוקפן לאחר הסיום — לרבות קניין רוחני, הגבלת אחריות, ברירת הדין, רשומות הוכחה וזכויות שנצברו כדין לפי הסכם קודם — יוסיפו לחול לאחר סיום החשבון.
במידה המותרת לפי דין, השירות ניתן "כמות שהוא" (AS IS) ו"בהתאם לזמינותו" (AS AVAILABLE). הבטא עשויה לכלול תקלות והפסקות שירות; איננו מבטיחים זמינות רציפה, פעולה ללא שגיאות, אבטחה מוחלטת, שמירת נתונים ללא אובדן או השקה מסחרית. מגבלות אלה אינן פוטרות אותנו מחובותינו לפי דין, לרבות חובות פרטיות ואבטחת מידע.
אין בסעיף זה כדי לגרוע מזכות או מאחריות שאין לשלול לפי דין.
(א) במידה המרבית שהדין מתיר, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי, מקרי, מיוחד או עונשי, ולאובדן הכנסה, רווח, מוניטין או מידע, הנובעים מהשירות או מהשימוש בו, בכל עילה, חוזית או נזיקית, לרבות רשלנות, גם אם נמסרה לנו הודעה על האפשרות לנזק.
(ב) בכפוף לחריגים שלהלן, אחריותנו הכספית המצטברת כלפיך לפיצוי בגין נזק ישיר הנובע מהשירות, בגין כלל האירועים והתביעות, לא תעלה על הגבוה מבין 1,000 ש"ח או הסכומים ששילמת לנו עבור השירות ב-12 החודשים שקדמו לאירוע. התקרה חלה בנפרד לגבי כל חשבון ואינה מתחדשת עם כל תביעה.
(ג) איננו אחראים לתוכן, להצהרות או להתנהגות של משתמשים אחרים, בשירות או מחוצה לו, אלא ככל שהנזק נגרם עקב רשלנותנו בטיפול בדיווח שהתקבל אצלנו.
(ד) ההגבלות בסעיף זה לא יחולו על מרמה או התנהגות פסולה מכוונת שלנו, על נזק גוף שנגרם ברשלנותנו, או על חבות שהדין אינו מתיר להחריג או להגביל, לרבות חובות פרטיות ואבטחת מידע שאין להתנות עליהן.
(ה) אין בסעיף זה כדי למנוע פנייה לבית משפט מוסמך או לשלול זכות או סעד שאין להתנות עליהם לפי דין.
במידה המותרת לפי דין, חלה עליך חובה לשפות אותנו בגין סכומים שנחויב לשלם לצד שלישי והוצאות הגנה סבירות שנגרמו במישרין עקב מסירת תוכן בלתי חוקי ביודעין, הפרה מכוונת של זכויות צד שלישי, מרמה או שימוש אסור מכוון מצדך. נודיע לך על התביעה בזמן סביר ונאפשר לך להשתתף בהתגוננות. לא נחייב אותך בסכום פשרה ללא הסכמתך בכתב. חובת השיפוי לא תחול ככל שהתביעה נגרמה עקב מעשה או מחדל שלנו, ואין בסעיף זה כדי להטיל חובה שהדין אינו מתיר להטיל במסגרת עסקה צרכנית.
על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל. מחלוקת תתברר בבית המשפט המוסמך לפי כללי הסמכות הקבועים בדין. אין בתנאים אלה כדי לשלול זכות צרכנית קוגנטית, כלל סמכות מקומית או סעד שאין להתנות עליהם.
אנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה כדי לשקף שינוי בשירות, בדין, בסיכונים או בספקים. בשינוי מהותי נציג גרסה ותאריך חדשים ונבקש הסכמה מחודשת לפני המשך השימוש, כאשר הדבר נדרש. שינוי לא יגרע למפרע מזכות או מהטבה שנצברה כדין לפי הסכם קודם, אלא אם הדין מחייב זאת.
אם ייקבע כי הוראה מהוראות תנאים אלה אינה תקפה או אינה ניתנת לאכיפה, יעמדו יתר ההוראות בתוקפן במלוא ההיקף האפשרי. הימנעות מאכיפת זכות אינה מהווה ויתור עליה. אין להמחות או להעביר הסכם זה או את החשבון ללא הסכמתנו. אנו רשאים להעביר את השירות ואת ההסכם במסגרת העברת פעילות, ובלבד שהנעבר ייטול על עצמו את החובות הרלוונטיות. תנאים אלה, יחד עם המסמכים הנלווים, ממצים את ההסכמות בינינו בנוגע לשירות.

These Terms are an agreement between you and the Operator governing the Zigmi application, website, interfaces, and related services (together, the “Service”). Before completing registration, we ask you to explicitly accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy and separately consent to the AI processing described in the AI Disclosure. Without these acknowledgments, you cannot complete registration or use features that require an account. Visiting the website alone does not constitute consent to AI processing of personal information for matching.
The public beta is intended for Israel only. The Service is not intentionally offered for use outside Israel.
The Service is currently offered free of charge as a public beta. Registration may be limited, paused, or reopened according to Service capacity and community size. We do not promise to keep registration open or reach a particular number of users.
Zigmi gets to know you through your profile, answers, and conversations and builds a matching profile from them. The Service may use that profile to evaluate potential matches and introduce you to a real person from the community when it identifies a promising fit for both people. We do not promise any particular introduction, number of introductions, or timeframe for an introduction.
Zigmi simulations help you explore what suits you in a relationship through fictional profiles that are not real users.
During the beta, we may change, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service and update matching results for development, operational, and safety needs. A change to the Service does not authorize us to make information you chose to hide visible to others. Any expansion of personal information disclosure requires notice and consent as required by law and must comply with the Privacy Policy. Discontinuation of the Service is addressed in Section 11.
Zigmi helps adults explore matches and communicate using algorithms and AI tools. Match suggestions, explanations, and insights are experimental recommendations only—not endorsements of another person or promises of compatibility, a relationship, safety, or any outcome.
AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inappropriate. It is not psychological, medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or other professional advice, and the Service is not an emergency or crisis-support service. Do not rely on it instead of your own judgment, emergency services, or an appropriate professional.
A message sent from your account to another person is your message and your responsibility, even if Zigmi helped you write it. Other users may use Zigmi's help when writing messages to you.
You retain ownership of content you upload, including your profile, photos, answers, and messages. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, adapt, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, test, and improve the Service, including processing by the providers described in the Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure.
Testing and improvement include troubleshooting and reviewing the quality of Zigmi's responses and matches, with access and information limited to what the purpose requires. The license is subject to privacy provisions and disclosure permissions; it does not authorize publication of private content or use for any future purpose. AI-provider processing, including retention and model-training terms, is governed by the AI Disclosure and is not authorized by the content license alone. Optional research or a new use outside the stated purposes requires notice and a separate choice or consent as required by law.
The license ends when the content or account is deleted, subject to copies already delivered to other users, safety evidence or legal obligations, minimized proof records, and backups expiring in the normal cycle. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to provide the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. Do not upload a photo of another person without the consent of the people shown in it, and do not upload photos in which minors appear.
We may use feedback, suggestions, and ideas you provide without payment to evaluate and improve the Service, but we do not acquire ownership of your personal information or profile content as a result.
You must not use the Service to:
These restrictions do not prevent preserving evidence and sharing information to the extent necessary and lawful to report harm, obtain legal advice, contact a competent authority, or protect people's safety. This exception does not permit public disclosure unnecessary for that purpose or use of information to harass anyone.
You decide whom to communicate with and whether to meet. Zigmi provides introduction and communication tools but does not control users' conduct and is not a party to their relationships, transactions, or meetings. Take particular care before moving to an external channel or meeting: never send money, meet in public, tell a trusted person, and end contact that feels unsafe. If you are in immediate danger, contact the police or appropriate emergency services rather than relying on Zigmi.
To the extent permitted by law, you release us from any claim or demand arising from the conduct or statements of other users or from meeting them, within or outside the Service. This release is subject to Section 13; it does not apply to damage caused by our negligence, including in handling a report we received, and does not reduce our duties under law.
Zigmi may offer separate editions of the Service for different communities. A profile in one edition is not visible to users of another edition and is not included in matching there.
You can block users and report content or conduct through the Service's tools. A report is recorded and placed in a review queue available to authorized staff. Staff can review the information and take action, such as removing content or restricting an account, according to the circumstances and Section 11. You can also contact [email protected] about a report or complaint.
You must not knowingly submit a false report or maliciously use reporting and complaint tools to harass or harm others. A report made in good faith does not breach these Terms merely because it cannot be substantiated or does not result in action. Misuse of reporting tools may lead to an account restriction under Section 11.
The report queue is not an emergency service, and we do not promise an immediate response or continuous monitoring of all content. Submitting a report does not guarantee removal of the reported account, and the account's continued activity does not verify identity or safety. This does not reduce our duties under applicable law.
The Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure explain what information is processed, what is created from it, which parties can see it, and how to exercise your rights. AI processing for conversation and matching is essential to the Service and requires your separate consent. Account authentication, security, abuse prevention, and legally required records are also necessary to operate it.
You may withdraw consent to essential processing. If you do, we will stop future processing based on that consent and close and delete the account under the Privacy Policy, subject to its retention periods and exceptions. Refusing optional processing will not prevent the core Service; such processing will be presented separately and subject to a choice or consent as required by law.
The public beta is free. If we introduce a paid product, we will present the price, term, renewal, cancellation, and relevant conditions before purchase and obtain separate consent. These Terms alone do not authorize a charge.
The Service's software, design, brands, text, graphics, and systems belong to the Operator or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for private, non-commercial purposes. No source-code, model, database, or trademark license is granted.
You may stop use and request account deletion at any time through the Service's account-deletion option or by contacting [email protected]. Uninstalling the app from your device does not delete your account or constitute a deletion request. Account and information deletion follow the process, periods, and exceptions in the Privacy Policy. Downloading the app from an app store is also subject to the store's terms; the store operator is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the Service.
We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or close an account when we reasonably believe there is a breach, danger, fraud, misuse, security need, or legal obligation. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice.
Threats, harassment, or violence toward someone you met through Zigmi may justify restricting or closing your account even when they occur outside the Service, including on an external communication channel or at a meeting. Such decisions must also have reasonable grounds, and you may request a review as described below. This does not promise monitoring of conduct outside the Service.
If you believe an account restriction or content removal was a mistake, you can request another review at [email protected] and provide relevant details. A request does not guarantee reversal of the decision. We may be unable to disclose information that would compromise others' privacy, safety, or an investigation.
We may discontinue the public beta or Service. Where possible and reasonable, we will try to provide advance notice, but an outage, security risk, or legal duty may require immediate action. Provisions that should survive by their nature—including intellectual property, liability limits, governing law, proof records, and rights validly earned under an earlier agreement—survive account termination.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The beta may contain errors and experience outages; we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, absolute security, loss-free data storage, or commercial launch. These limitations do not release us from our legal duties, including privacy and information-security obligations.
Nothing here removes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
(a) To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damage, or for lost income, profit, goodwill, or information, arising from the Service or its use, under any cause of action, contractual or tort-based, including negligence, even if we received notice that damage could occur.
(b) Subject to the exceptions below, our combined monetary liability to you to compensate for direct damage arising from the Service, across all events and claims, will not exceed the greater of NIS 1,000 or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event. The cap applies separately to each account and does not renew with each claim.
(c) We are not liable for the content, statements, or conduct of other users, within or outside the Service, except to the extent the damage was caused by our negligence in handling a report we received.
(d) The limitations in this section do not apply to our fraud or intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by our negligence, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including non-waivable privacy and information-security obligations.
(e) This section does not prevent you from applying to a court with jurisdiction or remove any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us for amounts we are required to pay a third party and reasonable defense costs directly caused by your knowing submission of unlawful content, intentional infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or intentional prohibited use. We will notify you of the claim within a reasonable time and allow you to participate in the defense. We will not charge you a settlement amount without your written consent. No indemnity applies to the extent a claim was caused by our act or omission, and this section does not impose any obligation that the law does not permit in a consumer transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. A dispute will be heard by a court having jurisdiction under applicable rules. Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer right, venue rule, or remedy that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, risks, or providers. For a material change, we will present a new version and date and request renewed acceptance before continued use where required. A change will not retroactively reduce a right or benefit validly earned under an earlier agreement unless required by law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not transfer the agreement or account without our consent. We may transfer the Service and agreement with a business transfer if the recipient assumes the relevant obligations. These Terms and the related documents are the entire agreement concerning the Service.
We are not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including a failure at an infrastructure or AI provider, a cyberattack, war, a state of emergency, or an order of an authority. Notices from us will be sent to the email address of your sign-in account or shown in the Service, and are deemed delivered when sent or shown.
